You may seldom fret over lost pass codes and attempting recovery again and again, but you take reassurance in the reality that you are not the United States of America State Department. Administrators have exposed that the government stops many cyber attacks each day, and co operats with a selection of diverse organizations to help keep unwanted visitors away and unable to carry out hacking attacks.

Last November, the stature came from a Wall Street paper examination into an electronic mail cyber attack that had the State Department fall prey to. When the State department’s breach of security was realized, the whole messaging service was blocked for a period of time till specialists could work on necessary safety measures and precautions. It was found out that a fake mail link was the core cause of the security infringement of the Department, and according to some reliable sources, the cyber criminals have still not been completely expelled from the security system of the State Department.

United States of America State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki expressed disapproval of the entire scenario and commented on it by saying that the U.S State Department exercises extreme privacy and control. They have strong security to guard the computer systems and certain private data, which includes right of entry to an unspecified, open net structure. She went on to add that the Department has been dealing very successfully and effectively with thousands of cyber attacks on the system every day. And they are not dealt with in isolation, they are worked with in union with other pertinent government agencies all of which help improve security and safety of the Department systems and data. Thus, even if hackers try to hack, they will be unsuccessful to the strongly protected system.

But there are some hackers who try just too hard…and who are just too good. Despite the State Department’s hard efforts to fully protect every inch of their system, hackers are still getting the right of entry to private files and documents. The WSJ has reported that the accused cyber criminals have become very skillful at modifying their techniques to dodge exposure. Hackers have surely become clever. Every time investigators come upon a hacking device and stop it… the cyber criminals alter it a little in order to slip past the defense system. The more the defense system tries to strengthen its security and block all types of hacking tools, the more these cyber criminals change their ways and come up with new undetectable tools.

Recently, President Obama attended a cyber protection meeting at the Stanford University at which he asked agencies to go more public with the details of attempted attacks on their defense systems. During one of his speeches he said that this is a mission for all. He concluded that the government can’t fight this alone, but the private sector can’t work alone either and so there is need for co-existence on the issue.
