In Brazil, the constitution doesn’t allow to engage in anonymous speech, beyond speech now Brazilians will not be able to use internet services freely as it is also a part of anonymous speech through social network and any other platform. They banned an internet application named as Secret which was like a secret place like forum where people can express anonymously.
