Multiple users in the UK and France suffered from Google’s email service Gmail Downtime, Thursday morning, but it was not recorded in the Gmail Status on the Google website.

But, on the Down Right Now website, Gmail was suffering Downtime problems and was unable to access for four hours approximately.

Right now the website shows Gmail is up right now, but couple of hours ago, gmail was suffering from Downtime:

Users also took screenshot of the error message they got while accessing the gmail, there was an Error of 502 reads: “The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds. That’s all we know.”

According to some of the users in UK and France on twitter, they were unable to access their gmail dashboard and got an error, as in the image above.

last Year in September, Gmail was down and 30% of its users were unable to access the Gmail for up to 12 Hours.

Facebook too suffered downtime last month and its billions of users were unable to access their facebook accounts for more than 20 Minutes.
