Imagine being stuck in traffic then suddenly, a large billboard by the road begins to show porn. That is what transpired in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.
A large billboard that was installed to show ads in Jalan Prapanca, in the south of Jakarta, stunned everyone when it started showing porn footage that featured a woman of Asian origin. The incident took place on the 30th of September.
The video showed a woman and a man and afterwards depicted the two performing sexual acts, with the woman making sexualy explicit facial expressions.
The porn video immediately attracted the attention of residents and pedestrians and motorists alike took to taking photos and videos which they posted to Twitter.

The social media was awash with hashtags of the incident #videotron. One Twitter user who thought of taking everything a step further tagged the governor of Jakarta and the metro police.
The moment the police were aware, they sprung into action and informed the company that operates the billboard. The resident however took matters into their own hands and cut the power cables to the billboard, which resulted in the video being shut down.
The spokesperson for the agency in charge of the billboard stated that the display machine was hacked by hackers they do not know at the moment.

“Our investigations have shown that there was a breach and our broadcast was hijacked by some attackers who sent us a malicious virus.
Police are currently investigating the incident. So far, about 10 people have been interrogated but no one has been arrested. There are also forensic inspections being undertaken on the computer the agency uses to show the ads.
