A maker of 100 banking Trojans revealed , the identity revealed the kid to be a 20 year old Brazilian kid who is known as Hackers’s son or lordFenix among people. An article by a security firm revealed that this 20 year old boy is father of more than 100 Trojans used to hack online banks and he sold each Trojan for 300 dollar each. Thus he is known as Brazil’s best malware maker.
His educational background is strong, he is a computer science student who earned this money by targeting several banks like bank of Brazil, HSBC Brazil,Caixa. Initially he used to hack forums by seeking advice from others and the same guy is providing free version of Trojans to underground world.
The time got changed for this 20 year old boy. A Trojan called TSPY_BANKER.NJH is commonly used and thus Trojan is so smooth and free if any glitch that will leave you clueless about the fraud that happened. This Trojan gets initiated when a user type in its bank’s url which get closed by Trojan which activates browser window and shows error message in a new browser window which do look original but is fake.
The moment user gets trapped in fake browser window they sign in again with their user id and password. The moment Trojan receive information it is forwarded to hacker and used for cybercrime.
To protect themselves from Banks security program , Trojan ends the process GbpSV.eve which is linked with G buster Browser defense known to be a popular security software.
Hacker’s son revealed that banks customers credentials and personal information can also be stolen by such free versions of Trojans available. The paid version asking for 300$ will target banks with strict security softwares in Brazil. A picture of programmer was posted on Facebook in which he is laid on his bed with a pile of local currency.
