Anonymous are such entities, who are closely related to the international networks for different activities and hacking. They work in a group, just like internet gathering. The cyber group become well known to all, for their well-publicized series activities, governmental or religious attack and attacks on corporate websites.
The famous Anonymous, cyber hacker group has published a spooky video, titled “Message to Israel” on You Tube, dated 4th March 2015. It was a threat to the Israel, about ‘Electronic Holocaust‘. On this video, the Anonymous declared the date of cyber-attack on 7th April 2015, just before one week of “Holocaust Remembrance day”. The Anonymous has vowed an Electronic Holocaust against Israel for the crimes in the Palestinian territories.
In this video clip, it is shown that, a man with Anonymous mask is threatening to take down all servers and critical infrastructure websites of Israel. He has used the word of promising to erase Israel from cyberspace. His words was, “We will erase you [Israel] from cyberspace in our electronic Holocaust. As we did many times, we will take down your servers, government websites, Israeli military sites, and Israeli institutions”.
The cyber hacker group has urged the Palestinians youths to never give up, and declared them as a “symbol of freedom”. The Anonymous has promised to defend the Palestinians youths always.
The subtitle of the video is in Arabic and delivered in English, with an electronic voice to hide the identity. Some footages are used here of Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister and the Gaza conflict images. There are also the footages of injured children of Palestine, and the boomed area.
The electronic voice said that “We are coming back to punish you again”. The punishment is declared for the killing of thousand people in the last war against Gaza, in 2014. The video continues the more threating to Israel Government. The Anonymous video link on You Tube is there.
The Anonymous has targeted the Israel a number of times in previous. In April 2013, a cyber-attack, named “OpIsrael attack”, caused worth damage of $3 Billion of Israel. The target was then, 30,000 bank accounts of Israel, 100,000 Israeli websites, 40,000 Facebook pages and 5,000 Twitter accounts.
The target for this attack is not known yet. But It is sure that, If they execute the plan, there should be a lot of damage on Israel cyber world.
