Biometrics, which can contain iris scans, finger prints, face or voice acknowledgment and other ways, got a large boost up with Apple’s opening of its iPhones with a Touch ID.
Samsung pursued its own finger print scanner and Qualcomm just recently revealed its 3D fingerprint tools built-in in the chips made use of in many mobiles.
