Security researchers have revealed the presence of a threat which is the market since April 2011 named Backdoor .Hikit. It is a Trojan which will damage your system and files.
The use of backdoor .Hikit is to open backdoor to allow a hacker (remote attackers) to connect to that system and then hacker can easily steal information or destroying files and programs.
It is the Trojan which is making fool your antivirus, it is really smart it will execute in your system and your antivirus will now detect this Trojan and it will start its background processes such as adware, redirecting virus, Trojan variants from family, such as Trojan Horse Generic 27.PN, BackDoor.Hupigon5.CJMY, Trojan.Zeroaccess.C, Trojan:win64/Sirefef.E and so on, which is really a threat to system and data security.
Backdoor .Hikit works in four steps and will harm you
  • Firstly an unknown dropper that compromises a system and install DLL (Dynamic Link Library) in the system.
  • DLL Implements the backdoor and install kernel driver.
  • Kernel driver will used for monitors network traffic from an attacker
  • Client tool which is used to connect to the backdoor.
